Your booking

A booking made on this website is sent to our office, which confirms it by phone or WhatsApp. Give a phone number we can reach; for someone else's trip, give the passenger's number too.

Fares

Fares are in Pakistani rupees. A fare marked "Fare" is our tariff for that vehicle and route. A fare marked "Estimated fare" is worked out from the road distance and is confirmed by the office. Tolls, parking and long waiting are agreed with the driver.

Payment

You pay the driver in cash, in rupees, at the end of the trip. Nothing is paid on this website.

Cancelling

There is no charge for cancelling before a driver is assigned. Cancel from your booking page, or call or message the office. Once the driver is on the way, call the office.

Luggage and passengers

Tell us the number of passengers and bags when you book, so we send a vehicle that fits. Child seats are on request and not every car has them.
